We are on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager with a strong operational background and sound wine knowledge, to lead and manage a dynamic team. Our client is situated between Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements:
This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, energetic candidate
• Own Vehicle and Valid Drivers’ License
• Relevant Tertiary Education will be advantageous
• Cape Wine Academy / WSET
• Sound knowledge of inventory control
• Strong communication skills
• 3+ Years’ managerial experience in a senior management position
• Service and Guest Centric
• Strong administration skills and computer literate

R12 000 - R16 000 Gross
