An energetic self-starting marketing manager is required for a dynamic company specialising in Fruit branding.

We are looking for a person who can work well in a high pace, timeline driven environment. The incumbent will be responsible to help formulate and drive campaigns specific to Global FMCG branding principal.

Job description

Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

Analysing the performance of campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity and ethos.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and digital platforms

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals


Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Master’s degree a plus

Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
