Boschendal Cellar Harvest Interns 2021

Boschendal Cellar is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking team members to join us for harvest 2021.

Own accommodation and transport is required as well as a valid driver's license.

Our harvest season starts early January and ends in April.

Preference will be given to individuals who have previous cellar experience or have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in winemaking.

You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing sites in and around the Cape Winelands and have the opportunity to become familiar with the vineyards as well.

Duties include (but are not limited to) : Nutrient additions, Racking, Monitoring fermentations in conjunction with winemakers, sampling (tanks and vineyards), inoculations, barrel work, topping, etc.
