Hi all winemakers. Im Managing a team of four under my supervisoin. Pilotblending,blending,emptying and filling of barrels. Racking and transfering of wines.operating of a bag press.can do pumpovers, yeast additions and bentonite finnings.cellar higiene.attention to detail.sampling for lab samples.operating a forklift and a tractor.code 08 lisence.i am computer literate.can do calculations of sulphur additions. C.o.p of wine tanks and barrels.i can do a bit of cellar maintenance like fixing winepipes and all other small equipments.monthly stock take on wines and drygoods. Qc at labelling and bottling.
O2 and Co2 readings before bottling and TPO after bottling.
