A professional Distribution Service operating in Sub Saharan Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to be based in the Stellenbosch Office.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process Customer Discount Agreements for Key Account groups within ERP and B2B systems
  • Discount and selling price calculations
  • Review discounts given and investigate price discrepancies
  • Report on Sales and Performance
  • Manage filing system

Desired Qualification & Experience:

  • Senior Certificate (at a minimum)
  • At least 4 years work experience in an administration role
  • Liquor Industry exposure beneficial
  • MS Office. Excel at an advanced level. Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and Formulae (e.g. vlookups) non-negotiable.
  • Knowledge of an ERP system beneficial
