EXSA, a dynamic role-player in the international marketing of table grapes, has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who has experience in international fruit marketing and who wants to advance their career.


• Ensure professional and effective long-term relationship management with all relevant stakeholders (producers and customers)
• Market research and identification of potential clients
• Preparation of packing program in cooperation with stakeholders
• Planning and scheduling of sales within framework of marketing programs
• Monitoring the logistical function
• Handling complaints and enquiries

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in the local and international fruit industry and distribution networks (experience in UK markets will be advantageous)
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Knowledge of market requirements, success drivers, entry barriers, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Computer literacy (knowledge and experience of DiPAR system or similar program)
• Attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret data and reports
• Motivated to achieve commercial goals
