Inherent Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
  • Certificate in First Aid/Fire Fighting/Health and Safety, would be advantageous
  • Significant background in Front Office Service of a luxury hotel

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Front Office operations of a luxury hotel
  • Proficient in use of various well-known Property Management systems
  • Conversant with specialist terminology including F&B service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Wardrobe, Security and Operational Finance
  • Display a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the needs and wishes of others
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must be professional and a team player

Main Responsibilities:

      •Guests check-in and check-out

  • Guests check-in and check-out
  • Cash-up
  • Monitor O status and management of accounts
  • Guest feedback reporting (Revinate, TripAdvisor, E-mails, etc.)
  • Concierge services (Booking of restaurants, transport, etc.)
  • Follow and enforce all Health and Safety processes and procedures whilst maintaining the privacy of all guests
