A vacancy for the above position currently exists at in Harmonie, a non-profit organisation with a vision for renewal by prayer, restoration and reconciliation, situated in the Franschhoek Valley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties: *arranging meetings and co-ordinating calendars for Managers and office staff * diary management * switchboard duties * travel bookings and arrangements * distribution of meeting packs and any other preparatory information requirements for meetings and trips * capturing minutes of meetings * ordering of stationery and consumables  * assistance in compiling the annual budget * allocation of invoices * liaison with guests, clients and employees * welcoming guests at functions * administrative duties related to the position. 

Applications from candidates who comply with the following are awaited: * an appropriate tertiary qualification * at least four years experience in a similar position * excellent communication skills * advanced computer skills * experience in using the Salesforce system will be advantageous * the ability to function well under pressure and in a team * adherence to strict deadlines * proficiency in Excel is essential * excellent numerical and financial skills * thorough, organised work methods and attention to detail * willingness to work overtime and during weekends.

Commencement of duties: 1 January 2021.
