A great opportunity for a client service / E-commerce administrator to join a food manufacturing company in Paarl. The successful candidate will be responsible for adding and updating all new products online, ensuring accuracy to ensure the best customer experience.

Minimum requirements: Matric/Grade 12; relevant degree or diploma. Experience in manufacturing environment will be beneficial

Availability: Immediately

Location: Paarl, Western Cape

Job Type: A full-time; permanent position with a 3-month probation period

Package: Negotiable based on experience and expertise 

Duties and Responsibilities include; but not limited to:

  • Handling the online sales on the company’s website
  • Tracking and ensuring delivery times are met
  • Ensuring system stock, and pricing are constantly updated
  • On-line file maintenance
  • Creating and updating reports to manage daily orders
  • Assisting customers with order and/or item queries
  • Processing orders
  • Handling returned stock and queries

  • Willing to take initiative to deliver results
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English
  • Comfortable interacting with clients (national & international)
