Heritage Hospitality Recruitment has a lovely opportunity available for a Junior Sous Chef for a beautiful restaurant situated on a top wine estate in the Franschhoek Valley.  This restaurant is open for lunches only, except for the occasional evening function.

The ideal individual will have a well-recognized culinary qualification and at least 2-3 years experience in a fine dining - preferably Winelands - kitchen.
