Position:         Receptionist and admin clerk (Stellenbosch – Temp)

Industry:         Established property business

Payment:       R300 - R350 p/day or R6300-R7350 p/month neg

Type:              Temp position

Hours:            Monday to Friday

Duties

  • Answer phone at reception & direct calls to applicable staff
  • Do reception and office admin tasks
  • Order stationary & supplies
  • Deal with professionally with clients & requests
  • Prepare for meetings/ refreshments for meetings
  • Help with rentals & showings of property to clients
  • Deal with rental applications & follow-up/s
