We are looking for a vibrant individual to head up our Farm Shop & Deli kitchen at Blaauwklippen.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of six and assist with ordering, production, and running the pass during service. 

We are open for Breakfast and Lunch from Tuesday to Sunday, and will be opening Wednesday and Friday evenings for a light food offering in the near future. Our daily offering is quite simple, but will be a great playing ground for any chef to develop dishes.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hospitality management experience, at the very least on sous chef level. 

The offered salary is R8000 per month CTC, with a commission structure
