morgenster wine & olive estate is looking to appoint a hospitality manager to the team. the position is aimed at ensuring our facility and all of its offerings are enjoyed by our visitors in a pleasant, memorable & professional manner.

the goal of the appointment is to manage the tasting room, develop new event offerings & ensure overall customer excellence. 

specific focus:

  • empowering the staff – both from an educational & a personal level, building a team that will be able to deliver above the expectation of our guests
  • maintaining service levels of staff – selection, rosters, training, wellbeing
  • attention to detail with regards to presentation of the venue – add creative value in communicating our brand story through people, place & product
  • liaise with stakeholders in creating memorable opportunities through new venue option – work with management to create new offerings relating to venue, communicate these options to relevant parties & host interested parties on the estate
