Main function

To provide support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, training and development and performance management

Key responsibilities

  • Payroll
  • HR Administration
  • Employee Relations: disciplinary hearings
  • Preparation of statutory submissions: Employment Equity, ATR/WSP, WCA
  • Assist with BEE Planning & audit preparation
  • Recruitment and selection
  • HR transactions such as implementing new contracts, policies, procedures, exit interview, onboarding
  • Performance Management
  • Skills Development: Assist in building a database, career paths, training needs analysis

Minimum requirements

  1. Recognised 3-year qualification at NQF6 in Human Resources Management
  2. 3 - 5 years’ experience in an HR administration role including exposure to payroll administration in company of similar size (50+ employees)
  3. Own transport
