Bartender/Barista

I am looking for a bartender/barista to employ at our up and coming Restaurant Yama Sushi emporium  in Franshoek conjoined with Oku Asian eatery 

 

General Duties would require running the bar and coffee station 
- wine and spirit knowledge (preparation ) 
- Cocktail knowledge and preparation 
- Coffee knowledge and preparation 
- Set up and break down of the bar 
- Inventory check 
- Great personality
- Team player
- Must have own transport 

 

Preferably someone with previous experience
