Responsible for:
- General Management of Restaurant / Front of House Staff
- Welcoming of Guests
- Present on floor during service
- Client Enquiries
- Coordinate Activities between back and front of house
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
- Serve as primary point of contact for the customers for any service issue
- To be totally familiar with the composition of all Menu items and brand story
- Preparing weekly shift roster for front of house staff
- Responsible for daily cash-ups
- Ensure staff attire is to company standard
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
- Carry out weekly/monthly stock control, inventory. Update continuously all stock forms
- Management of Vendors, Inventory and equipment
- Assist with the marketing of the restaurant to ensure the restaurant is filled to maximum capacity
- Ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements for this position:
- knowledge of GAAP will be an advantage
- at least 4 year's experience in a similar position
- Leadership skills
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work and perform well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings
- Driver's License and own transport
