Export and Logistics Coordinator

Worcester-based wine company currently has a vacancy for an experienced Export & Logistics Coordinator / Controller. The suitable candidate will carry out and coordinate various logistics / export administration tasks. This position can be based in either Worcester or Kuilsriver.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bottling / Labelling coordination
• SAWIS / customs and excise returns
• Sourcing, ordering and stock management of all Dry Goods needed for bottling and labelling
• Generating all necessary export documents for orders
• Liaise with production regarding stock, packaging requirements & preparation of orders
• Invoicing of debtors
• Forex – payments and receipts
• Other administrative tasks associated with exports and logistics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics / exports in the wine industry
• Experience of Export Administration, the SAWIS certification system, Wine on Line is absolutely necessary
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines 
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping skills
• Excellent spoken and written command of English and Afrikaans
