Our client, situated in Paarl, is the independent service organisation that provides specialized services to South African wine producers and represents them on various forums. They currently have the following opportunity for a dynamic person to join their Consultation team. 

 Main Duties:

  • Drafting of minutes  and  reports  for  department
  • Maintaining expenses/income of the departmental budget
  • Coordinate monthly customer  accounts 
  • Arrange information days/courses/producer days/training
  • Maintain contracts and tariffs
  • Processing activity reports
  • Maintain filing system
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Travel arrangements and  planning   of activities  within  the department
  • Project administration support


  • Grade 12 with an administrative qualification
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good leadership skills and innovative thinking
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good background of financial  transactions 
  • Accuracy and detail mindset of utmost importance
  • Good time management
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Pastel
  • Independent functioning
