Van Loveren has an exciting opportunity and a half day position for an individual to join our Finance Team at our Office in Robertson.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS OF THE ROLE:

  • Create purchase numbers on the Accounting system.
  • Receive invoices and processing of data on the Accounting system.
  • Reconciliation of creditor statements.
  • Compiling of payment information for the accountant.
  • Dealing with queries from creditors.
  • Allocation of costings to cost centers.
  • General administration. 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Financial qualification would be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of BC365 or Pastel would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Accounting systems.
  • Computer literate in MS Office programs. 

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to deliver strict deadlines and work closely with the Finance team.
  • Highly organized & trustworthy.
  • Delivering accurate and complete work.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and in a team.
