Senior Sous Chef Wanted ( Wine Farm)

We are looking for a senior sous chef to start asap.


Candidate is someone with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail, leadership and management skills, good organization and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements:


  • A diploma in professional cookery
  • Able to produce relaxed casual food, modern and delicious
  • Excellent operational and leadership skills essential
  • Great communication skills on all levels
  • Must be able to work under pressure and run a kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Focused, creative and passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Strong inventory control and be able to assist in stock take.
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport
  • Be able to work shifts, public holidays and over the weekends.
  • Computer literate (GAAP)
  • Must be able to do a trial day and possible cook off.
