Our client in the Riebeek Valley is looking for a Wage Clerk / Administrator with relevant qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Salaries
  • Employment contracts
  • Employee personal files
  • Check FCS and any deviations in hours
  • Record keeping with regard to  accreditations (GGAP / BRC / IPW / SIZA / WIETA)

Key tasks:
Receive the signed FCS printouts daily.
Check the accuracy of work hours, overtime, contract work, sick leave etc.
Daily recording of previous day's wages.
Send out the actual wage earnings to the worker teams.
Employment contracts
All workers must sign employment contracts.
Contracts are filed in the personal files.
No worker may work without an employment contract.
Employee personal files
A personal file must be created for each employee.
Check FCS for correct allocation.
Check hours and investigate errors.
General tasks within reason and capacity.
