Our client is looking to appoint a Client Support Assistant (Mortgages) to assist the Mortgage advisor and administrator with administrative services for their practice based in the UK, via their remote office.

The ideal candidate should be someone with attention to detail and experience in the financial services or banking sector. The person should also be naturally process orientated and have excellent customer services skills. 


  • Proficient in spoken English and Afrikaans.
  • Excellent written English is required, and report-writing skills is a necessity.
  • Proven track record in dealing with clients and team environment.
  • Financial Services or Banking Industry work experience.
  • Minimums entry-level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification.
  • Financial Services Legislation: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, e.g. FICA, AML, and POPI and financial services industry environment. 


  • Process and execute advisor and client instructions whilst adhering to operational processes and minimizing operational errors.
  • Generate the necessary research required to complete new business applications.
  • Validate all types of instructions processed in the various systems for quality, data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Confirm and communicate all processed instructions to clients and adviser.
  • Ensure client interactions are handled timely, courteous and in a professional manner with comprehensive and quality responses.
  • Understand products and services offered by the business.
  • Help manage database with adequate, complete, valid and necessary records.
  • Excellent team player as part of a team of administrators.
