Overhex Wines International, a well-established international wine company, situated in Worcester, is seeking to appoint a professional, highly motivated, and driven Marketing Manager who is passionate about Brand Building to join our team.

The Marketing Manager shall perform a critical role in the team with the primary responsibility of building our wine brands into established and desired brands both locally and in selected international markets.

The Marketing Manager will coordinate collaborative efforts between the sales and marketing teams, as well as work closely with the production team to provide critical customer insight and a coordinated approach to implement promotional activities. The Marketing Manager is responsible to execute the commercial and brand strategies including digital strategies for the brands and assume responsibility for growing the brands both locally and internationally.


  • Market analysis of key international and national markets
  • Manage and execute marketing strategies to ensure brand recognition
  • Increase brand visibility and sales through development and effective execution of strategic marketing activities
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of marketing activities by the Sales Force
  • Manage content creation relevant to the brand including photo-shoots
  • Identify and coordinate the execution of new marketing opportunities for the brand including PR / seeding / events etc
  • Set monthly targets for and manage PR
  • Coordinating and execution of social media and marketing drives
  • Art Direction of campaign visuals
  • Understanding of Customers’ needs and preferences and assist with retail concepts in and out of stores to ensure brand alignment
  • Project & event management and coordination
  • Budget Management and effective resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain an annual calendar of marketing activity for Monthly review and coordinate activity execution
  • Post-campaign analysis on all campaigns showing ROI and future improvement
  • Reporting on a global level where applicable


  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Sales or other relevant qualifications
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and strive for excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and ability to adopt the reporting systems and Business Information systems and processes relevant to the position
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Understanding and knowledge of premium wine products
  • Willing to travel within the country and internationally and performing task over weekends and evenings when necessary.

  • Display strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking


In return for your contribution, we offer a market-related remuneration package in line with experience and/or qualifications on a cost to company basis.

Remote work can be negotiated and relocation to Worcester is not a requirement.
