Junior Food Production Manager

Our  client in the Boland is looking for a young, dynamic Food Production Manager to be part of the production / processing of juice, water, and olives.

Minimum requirements:

  • Training: BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Food Science / Technology or similar relevant qualification
  • 2 - 3 years experience in production management specifically in food processing
  • HACCP knowledge will be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skill
  • Able to converse in Afrikaans and English 

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and organize production schedules
  • Manage production teams
  • Production forecasts
  • Monitor quality and output of production
  • Oversee management of raw materials
  • Maintain and ensure food safety
  • Ensure that the company culture is maintained at all times.
