On-Consumption Sales Representative

The Sales representative is responsible for selling our wine brands to On-Consumption customers. The sales representative has a dedicated area in the Cape Town CBD area, which they are responsible for achieving agreed upon revenue and growth targets as well as meeting business KPI’s.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform sales calls as the call cycle requires
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets set by management
  • Providing feedback timeously
  • Computer literacy of MS Office
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse and evaluate sales per customer, product category, range and item, in order to identify performance trends and draw conclusions regarding results.
  • Report on results of campaigns, incentive programmes and sales performance to suppliers and sales management and on a regular basis
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments


  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • 2-years experience in wine sales preferably to the on-consumption market.
  • Proven track record in meeting customer growth and product sales targets
  • Experience in stock planning and control
  • Drivers license and own transport.
  • To work the hours required to be successful
