Our client in Paarl is in need of a Restaurant Manager who is also a Wine Sommelier. It is essential that the relevant candidate speaks fluent Afrikaans and English.


Staff Selection, Training and daily staff & service management.

  • Managing Reservations, Complaints Handling & Shifts
  • Manage subordinates within the store in accordance with company policies and laws
  • Managing and updating the Wine Menu, maintaining great wines & Spirits that meet all levels of clients
  • Daily Wine and Spirits Sales and service, Wine and Food pairing & wine tasting
  • Perform regular stock-take procedures and readily addresses variances
  • Strict adherence to cash handling procedures as per company policy
  • Monitor expenditure of all costs within store and ensuring all budgets are adhered to
  • Planning and Hosting functions and festivals
