Aan de Doorns Wine Cellar, situated in the Worcester Wine Region, has the above position available for a dynamic, well organised individual who can work accurately under pressure and has excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English.

This position is ideal for someone that prefers variety in work tasks and is adept at multi-tasking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to various aspects of the business, including: *wages and related documentation *petty cash *completion of export documentation *handling of cellar documentation (SAWIS 5&6) *monthly returns documentation (SAWIS & Excise) *assist with preparation for BEE audit *Assist winemakers with preparation for audits (ISO 22000, WIETA, IPW, Fairtrade) *coordination of training and development *presenting wine tastings *all others tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, an appropriate tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage;
• Approximately 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar position in the wine industry;
• Thorough administrative and numeracy skills;
• Excellent computer proficiency (Wine MS & MS Office, especially Excel);
• Own reliable transport;
• Willingness to work some Saturdays as required.
