Junior Restaurant Manager / Supervisor needed for restaurant on wine estate in Stellenbosch.

Successful candidate

  • Will have 2 - 3 years management experience.
  • Is someone who is consciously mentally astute, empathetic and has a strong attention to detail
  • Is comfortable in interacting with a large variety of customers from the young family’s through to pensioners
  • Has a yes, can do attitude.
  • Wants to be part of a team that is growing stronger, which will allow you to grow, and solidify your career path in the industry.
  • Good communicator who has a strong personality and is able to deal with discerning characters.
  • Highly presentable 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the restaurant in the GM's absence
  • Welcoming and caring for guests
  • Able to manage staff and guests and be a problem solver
  • Managing the bar and stock
