CDP wanted for Fine Dining Restaurant

We are searching for a young, vibrant individual to join our kitchen team at Tokara Restaurant as cold section / larder CDP, working under Executive Chef Carolize Coetzee

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar fine dining restaurant.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Running the cold section during preparation and service time
  • Ensuring that all elements are prepared to the highest standard
  • Ensuring that all required elements are kept to the required par level

The salary offered will be based on the relevant industry experience, and abilities.
