To optimise rider gear and parts sales opportunities with optimum profitability and maximum customer satisfaction, through the availability and delivery of correct parts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cash outstanding report
  • Work in progress report
  • DOC report
  • Daily sales report
  • RFC’s (return for credit)
  • Ensure effective product knowledge (parts) understanding
  • Explain technical details in a simple and understanding manner and highlighted benefits to add value
  • Ensure correct pricing is indicated
  • Ensure Rider Gear is displayed correctly and to dealership standard
  • Ensure all Rider Gear to be packed away before close of business
  • Contact possible new/existing customers regularly (i.e., email or phone etc.)
  • Actively market/advertise products and brand to existing/non-existing dealership group customers, continuous brand/product awareness
  • Receive, welcome, and attend to all walk-in (external) customers
  • Attend to general telephonic enquiries
  • Establish customer needs by asking open questions, actively listening, and taking notes
  • Ensure your workstation is always clean and tidy

Essential requirements: 

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with Maths
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Parts Sales Executive in an automotive Dealership
  • Driver’s license
  • Knowledge of motorcycles and rider gear would be advantageous
  • Computer Literacy
