Stock & Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a wine estate situated in Paarl, is looking for a Stock and Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate is an analytical individual with a systematic approach to work, as well as the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: *ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and managed on production software *full control and optimisation of the quantity, quality, costs, timing and sourcing of purchasing processes *ensure that requested stock is invoiced and delivered accurately and on time *ensure that all relevant SAWIS and SARS documentation is correct and kept up to date *handling of all documentation for competition entries *all other tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Wine Online);
• Knowledge of wine products and wine exports will be to the candidate’s advantage.
