Personal Assistant to the Owner and Executive Management position available at Rickety Bridge Estate in Franschhoek.

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and proactive candidate, who can multitask effectively and assist across any aspects of a fast moving and diverse business. This person will act as a personal assistant primarily for the Owner of Rickety bridge, managing and assisting with his personal affairs within and outside of Rickety Bridge Estate. This candidate will also be expected to assist the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer/General Manager, in the same capacity.


Organising meetings, appointments, and room bookings.

Event organisation.

Submitting invoices.

Pulling together the monthly management reporting pack.

Assisting with coordinating companywide staff management.

Taking the weekly management meeting minutes.

Helping pull together applications for certain procedural processes.

Working with in other roles within the business to provide extra support or temporary cover.

Providing assistance to tasks associated with the executive management personal affairs as well as company affairs.


Proven experience as a successful Personal Assistant.

Proficiency in standard computer-based applications such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel).

Great organisation and communication skills.

High-level professionalism and ability to maintain and adhere to strict confidentiality procedures.

Potential to take on more responsibility beyond the personal assistant task/role.

Traceable references.


This Job will be a full-time position but flexible in terms of location with a mix between remote and on-site work, depending on business needs.
