National Sales Manager position available at Rickety Bridge Estate in Franschhoek.

We are seeking a highly motivated, target driven and sales focused individual who can work both independently and in a team. National sales experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Provide the highest quality customer service to local trade.

Manage and grow key accounts while expanding the customer base.

Create impactful sales campaigns.

Conduct regular market analysis and stay ahead of industry trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retails.

Operational and budget reporting.

Sales administrative duties.

Travel to promote and support brand.

Accompanying representatives from our national distributors to promote our different wine ranges and assist in selling our wines through new and existing listings.

Assisting with presenting wine dinners on a national basis when required.

Assisting with incoming enquiries from sales representatives.

Assisting with client tastings to National Trade

Trade visits

Requirements:

Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager in the wine industry.

Deep knowledge and understanding of the wine market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong focus on results and maintenance of margins.

Ability to travel domestically.

Traceable references.
