De Grendel Wine Estate, situated in the Durbanville Wine Valley, is seeking a cellar assistant to join their team. We're looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong passion for the wine industry, exhibit punctuality, and excel as team players.

Duties and responsibilities: Assisting with the winemaking process, bottling, and all other general cellar work. Daily activities will include, but is not limited to, racking and transferring of wine, emptying and washing of barrels, additions to wine and maintaining cellar cleanliness.

Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent, 2 - 3 years relevant experience in a cellar environment, Valid forklift licence, SKOP 1 and 2 will be to your advantage, Good interpersonal skills, Knowledge of the winemaking process, Willingness to work overtime and over weekends when required, Fluent in English.
