Our client, an upmarket Bistro style restaurant is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. We are looking for an experienced and confident chef whose priority is to ensure that consistent food quality is always maintained.
Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Supervise 20+ staff
- Menu development and planning
- Full stock control (stock taking, ordering, issues)
- Staff training and development
- Health and safety
Operating hours:
Breakfast and lunch - Monday - Sunday
Dinner - Thursday - Saturday
