Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards
?? Manage your designated section efficiently and maintain organisation under pressure
? Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and daily prep
? Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times
Minimum Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook within a fine dining or tapas-style environment
? Strong technical cooking abilities with excellent presentation standards
? Creative flair and an eye for detail
? Team player with strong organisational and time management skills
Passionate about modern, innovative cuisine and quality ingredients
