Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are looking for a hands-on, well-presented Lodge Host to join our boutique property of 6 beautifully curated rooms.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage guest arrivals & departures
• Room and host guests on arrival
• Handle reservations using RoomRaccoon
• Maintain excellent telephone & email etiquette
• Conduct room checks to ensure standards
• Assist with drinks service at the bar and pool terrace
• Ensure smooth operations with a positive, outgoing attitude
• Work shifts & weekends as required
Requirements:
• Friendly, confident, and guest-focused
• Well presented and professional
• Own reliable transport
• Willing to work hands-on in a small, dynamic team
• Ideal for a young graduate eager to grow in hospitality
