Simonsig Wine Estate is looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join their team.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Managing and organising the food service and staff
  • Administrative duties including costing and functions
  • Recruitment and training of part-time and full-time staff
  • Ensuring restaurant hygiene and cleanliness

The ideal candidate will have a proven and successful track record in the restaurant industry and at least 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required while computer literacy is essential.
