Our client, a Wine Estate situated in Stellenbosch, has the above position available for a dedicated bookkeeper with excellent administration, management and inter-personal skills. The ideal candidate must have good organisational skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

A relevant tertiary qualification (BComm or a similar degree), 2-5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting and thorough computer skills (Pastel) are pre requisites, while decent knowledge and experience of the South African wine industry and SAWIS will be to the applicant’s advantage.

The Bookkeeper/Office Manager is responsible for the daily administrative, office management and bookkeeping functions which include the following: * debtor management * liaising with creditors * processing of creditors and payments * Reconciliations * processing of all SARS administration * salary and wage administration * all administrative functions associated with this position.
