Inherent Requirements

Matric certificate
Diploma from a recognised hotel or chefs school

Experience and Skills
Minimum of 5 years post grad experience in a 5 star hotel or recognised top restaurant.
The ability to manage the kitchen and assist on all sections.
Must have very good time management skills.
Attention to detail.
