Must preferably stay in surrounding area of Franschoek

Duties include:

* Manage kitchen staff, rosters and kitchen HR
* Achieving service excellence through team work
* Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas
* Strive to offer a unique and unforgettable experience through your menus
* To constantly update your knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment and the profession
* Dealing directly with culinary schools to arrange students for functions
* Keeping kitchen OHS up to date as required
