HR Manager


Delaire Graff, a leading luxury estate in Stellenbosch, with five star accommodation and spa facilities and an award winning winery and restaurants, currently holds the following exciting vacancy for a dedicated leader with exceptional interpersonal skills.


The applicant must be bilingual and have the ability to communicate and engage excellently on all levels. A relevant post graduate tertiary qualification (Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology) and more or less ten years’ experience including developing, implementing and optimizing HR business processes • change management processes • organisational development • policy development • IR facilitation and compliance. A minimum of three years HR Management experience is a further requirement. 

Advanced administrative and computer skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of labour legislation are further requirements for this position. Experience in the hospitality or agricultural sector will be to the candidate’s advantage.

The successful applicant’s duties and responsibilities include, among other: • talent management – recruitment and selection • training and skills development • remuneration and incentive strategies • labour relations facilitation • formulating and implementing a strategic HR strategy • HR budgeting • human resource compliance and HR governance • general HR administration • all other human resource and administrative tasks related to this position.
