Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are currently looking for a Dinner Duty Manager for a hotel in Stellenbosch.  

Requirements -

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Must be able to represent all departments as ambassador of the hotel
  • Working knowledge of both Opera and Micros
  • Excellent understanding and execution of F&B operations
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, whiskey and food pairings
  • Good people skills and customer interaction
  • Work well under pressure
  • Must be able to lead, train and motivate staff
  • Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Own transport essential
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans with good communication skills.

The package on offer is negotiable depending on experience, in the region of R 12 000 to R 15 000 a month.
