Creative and passionate about food
At least 2- 4 years Chef de Partie experience in an upmarket kitchen required
Pastry experience essential
Culinary qualification preferable
Personal Attributes:
Excellent communication skills
Dedicated and hard working
To be able to cope well under pressure
Ability to multi-task between sections
Flexible on work hours and good sense of urgency
Salary: R7 500 - R9 000
