Formal qualifications and experience required
Must be willing to relocate
Excel and Busineness point of sale proficiency essential
Working knowledge of accounting procedures
Able to start immediately and own transport required
Exceptional attention to detail and people skills a must 
Staff management and basic HR knowledge
Establish and achieve targets, KPI's , schedules , policies and procedures
Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Guest orientated and service minded 
Design exceptional menus, purchase good and continuously make necessary improvements
