Pastry Assistant Position - Artisan Chocolatier

  • We Are looking for a young chef to join our team. The person does not need to have pastry chef qualification or experience but must want to work in a pastry production environment. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Work as a team, be reliable, enthusiastic and have attention for detail. Chocolate and production training will be provided


Main Duties

  • Truffle counter production
  • Must be able to follow recipes
  • Do necessary paperwork for section - Traceability documents, cleaning check lists
  • Managing daily production set out by chef
  • Assist with other production where needed
