Hotel & Restaurant Manager required for maternity cover - 15,000 +


A boutique wine estate in Wellington is looking for a energetic, hard working and skilled professional to work as a hotel and restaurant FOH manager for a short term maternity leave placement  for 4- 6 months (post could possible end up permanent) .
Position available immediately, 
Must have experience in working in a restaurant at management level, be a quicker learner, be able to train and develop staff - especially casual holiday staff in a short period of time.
Must have a good knowledge in systems with an advantage in knowing Dineplan, GAAP and Nightsbridge.
Must have excellent communication skills.
