Human Resources Business Partner position available at a leading wine manufacturer - 7647


We are helping our client, which is a leading manufacturer in the wine industry, to expand their dream team in search of a Human Resources Business Partner 

Requirements and competencies:
- Relevant B degree with a relevant postgraduate qualification
- 3-5 years HR Generalist experience in a dynamic environment of which 2 must have been in management
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Drivers licence
- Professional HR expertise
- Self- starter
- Deadline conscious
- Good communication skills
- High energy levels
- Good team player

Key responsibilities:
- People Management: Establishing a Partnership with Business Leaders and acting as an HR point of entry between Line Management and staff
- HR Delivery: Ensure the delivery of HR deliverables aligned to the HR plan, namely: Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employment Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Reward Management and Employment Equity
- Union relationship management and negotiations
- HR Legislative Compliance, Monitoring and Implementation
- HR Reporting, ensure timeous and correct reporting of any HR related matters for the specified business area
- Implement and co-ordinate projects successfully within allocated timeframes
- Implement, Execute and Monitor against business practices
- Identify and Implement Change Interventions as required to support the business strategy
