General Worker - Temporary Ref: GW2611

Purpose: This position will assist the spirits team in distillation, maturation and cellar activities.

 

          MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a production environment
  • Must be able to work overtime and over weekends when operationally required.
  • Must be willing to work shifts

    KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • Knowledge and understanding of HACCP in a production environment.
  • Good understanding of Manufacturing Process
  • Understanding Quality in a production environment

    SKILLS REQUIRED: 
     
  • Knowledge of maturation and general cellar work
  • Tank transfers
  • Administrative skills – if and when required
  • Interpersonal relations
  • Positive, energetic and results driven individual
  • Basic computer, numerical and technical skills
  • Able to work individually and in a team
  • Target driven attitude
