Junior Restaurant Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * welcoming of guests and visitors * pass management * co-ordination of restaurant activities * cash up* dealing with guest enquiries * liaison with kitchen and marketing department * organising functions *staff management * stock control * ad-hoc administrative duties

 Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following: * a relevant tertiary qualification* at least two years’ experience in a similar position * general knowledge of food and wine * strong leadership skills * diligence and excellent people skills * excellent language fluency (Afrikaans and English) * willingness to work during scheduled weekends and public holidays.
